Connection Engineer
- The person will be doing design calculations for steel connections, preparing spread sheets for typical connections and review the engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
- Should have knowledge on connection design for Shear, Moment, Axial, Torsion forces for steel structures.
- Applicant should perform calculations for:
- Bolted Connections: Angle, Shear plate, End plate, Bent plate, etc.,
- Welded Connections: Angle, Shear plate, End plate, Bent plate, etc.,
- Moment Connections: Bolted and Welded.
- Brace & Truss Connections.
- Splice Connections: Bolted & Welded.
- Looking for candidates with Graduation in Civil Engineering and Post Graduation in Structural Engineering from reputed institution. Candidates should have consistent academic record.
- Post qualification experience on American and International codes (AISC, ACI, IBC, etc.,) is desirable.
